Delivery of Service
The service (tour experience) will be provided on the scheduled date and time as per the booking details.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 3 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 2 to 1 days of the tour date will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the total amount.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour starting time or for no-shows.
